Laceleaf Med Spa is seeking a confident, well-trained and experienced Aesthetic Injector — Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) — to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL. We are looking for a provider who wants to grow with an established practice and build a strong, long-term client base. This position offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth and increased earning potential, with performance-based financial incentives that reward productivity and contribution to the practice.

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc) and dermal fillers
• Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans
• Ensure patient safety by reviewing medical histories and contraindications prior to treatment
• Deliver exceptional patient care and education throughout the treatment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Stay current with the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the med spa team to ensure a seamless and luxury client experience
• Fully trained or able to train on laser skin resurfacing, RF microneedling, EZ gel, PRP/PRF

• Active NP or PA license in the state of Florida (required)
• Hands-on experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler injections
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injection techniques
• Excellent patient communication and consultation skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye and artistic sensibility
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in a med spa or aesthetic clinical setting preferred
• Every other Saturday required
