Job Description:Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
5+ years managing Salesforce projects, with strong experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud;
Automotive Cloud preferred.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery, including planning, estimation, resources, governance, deployment, and hypercare.
Strong expertise in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Experience leading Agile teams and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, integrations, data migration, and solution architecture.
Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops tools such as Copado and Git.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams including BAs, Developers, Architects, QA, Dev Ops, and vendors.
Strong experience in quality governance, testing, release management, and production readiness.
Excellent client-facing, executive communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
