Job Summary:
The Tapestry Benefit Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing benefits plans within the Tapestry platform. The role involves translating business and client requirements into accurate system configurations, supporting benefit plan implementations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain benefit plans, rules, and eligibility criteria in the Tapestry system.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications.
Support implementation, testing, and deployment of benefit plan changes.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate setup of benefits.
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to benefit configurations.
Conduct system testing (unit, integration, and UAT support) to ensure configuration accuracy.
Document configuration processes, workflows, and system changes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to benefits administration.
