Job Type: Full‑time.

• Act as manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and restock vending supplies.
• Provide training to new hires and existing teammates on opening/closing checklists, loading techniques, and Fast Pass sales techniques.
• Respond to voicemails and emails professionally and promptly.
• Create effective schedules.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation and perform cleaning (pressure‑washing).
• Support Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on‑site supervisor courses.
• Supervise teammates completing preventive maintenance and assess need for additional training.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills with active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Three or more years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Supervisory experience from a Big Box environment, auto industry, car wash, or lube store is encouraged.

• Stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Use hands and reach with arms.
• Climb, balance, stop, crouch, and kneel.
• Work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Typical outdoor car wash environment with moderate to loud noise; hearing protection required. Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
