Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at Advent Health Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Minimum CRNA experience of 2 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 6 physicians and 26 APPs. The team performs all cases except for burns, transplants, and trauma.

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

• ACT: 6 Physicians and 19 APPs
• 350 bed hospital
• 15 sites of service including endo and OB
• Flexible scheduling
• 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 24-hour shifts
• Sister sites:
  Advent Health Tampa and Advent Health Wesley Chapel
• ACT: 36 Physicians and 100 APPs between the three hospitals
• Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back
• OT opportunities available if desired
