• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees in partnership with the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Support cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in stock and storefront is presentable.
• Support staff retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and promoting productivity.
• Multitask effectively, perform required duties, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced retail environment.

• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and maintenance of automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams; strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and reach; may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Commitment to training and employee development to support success and retention.
• Willingness to participate in all aspects of store operations and leadership.
