Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) rting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour. This role focuses on delivering an incredible guest experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and support sales.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable about assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort and move freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing for merchandising, including clearance.
• Maintain and utilize fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, engage with them to help solve their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations if needed; climb ladders; safely scan, handle, and move merchandise (up to 15 pounds, up to 44 pounds with assistance); flexible schedule; reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and elements in certain duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
