This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule based on dealership needs and business demands. Weekend availability is required. Candidates should also be available to work occasional weekday shifts as needed. Dealership Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.

• Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department
• Support dealership leadership with administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Help create a positive experience for every customer who visits or contacts our dealership
• Perform additional office duties as assigned

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings
• Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
