We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing Casa Fresca Homes team in our West Division. The sales consultant will be responsible for the daily operation of our model home, working with customers, processing sale agreements, and closing new home sales to create satisfied customers.

  • A FL Real Estate License is required.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine their home buying needs.
  • Sell, process, and close homes through self-generated or referred leads in accordance with company plans.
  • Travel throughout the community, generating leads from Realtors, referrals, and self-prospecting.
  • Develop knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, community, sales, advertising, and demographics.
  • Guide visitors through models and inventory homes, answering questions and discussing features.
  • Follow up with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities, maintaining accurate records.
  • Gather data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Maintain the condition of models and inventory homes, communicating maintenance issues to staff.
  • Participate in homeowner meetings and orientations.
  • Cross-train on other communities as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in new home sales or real estate sales.
  • Valid Florida Real Estate License required.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prepare documentation and contract calculations.
