• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am – 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, remain flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and meet customers’ needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide the tools, training and coaching needed to meet and exceed your goals.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Pay range: $16.4125 – $18.9500 + up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities: overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year.
