Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Calling for and following up with potential customers through leads, referrals and community connections.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with both potential and current customers.
• Create an understanding of how Lexus is important to those you are speaking with.
• Meet one on one with new and existing customers to deepen the relationship.
• You must be able to learn and execute our processes while growing and maintaining business.

• Self‑starter attitude.
• Be able to prioritize the guest experience above everything else.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the Lexus line and brand.
• Willingness to learn how to be successful in our processes.
• Full shift Saturdays and some Sundays.
