Candidates should have a demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles. Sales Associates play a crucial part in achieving this goal by forging genuine connections with clients, co‑workers, and communities.

Compensation details: base hourly rate ($14.00 - $17.00 per hour) plus uncapped commission on membership sales (additional $2-$4 per hour top performance). • Meet membership sales goals and achieve all performance‑based targets set by spa leadership, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits of specific services and enhancements.
• Provide excellent customer experience through phone answering, appointment setting, client greeting, and membership sales and management.
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

SA role has a varied schedule including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hourly schedules. Flexible availability is preferred.
