Automotive Tag & Title Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our team at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork to ensure compliance with state regulations. You will work closely with our sales and finance departments to provide a seamless experience for our customers.

• Prepare and process motor vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle documentation and transactions.
• Coordinate with the DMV and other regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions related to vehicle titles and registrations.
• Collaborate with finance teams to expedite delivery of paperwork.

• Previous experience in automotive title processing or related administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of DMV procedures and state vehicle regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.
