Agent Attraction and Success Specialist
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), potential full-time
Compensation: $25 per hour + performance bonuses per agent hired
We are looking for a motivated and resilient Agent Attraction and Success Specialist to help grow our real estate brokerage by connecting with experienced real estate professionals and building long-term relationships.
This position is part-time to start and can grow into a full-time role based on performance. The right person will be enthusiastic, consistent, great with people, and able to handle the natural rejection that comes with outreach-based recruiting.

What You Will Do- Reach out to experienced and newly licensed real estate agents through phone calls, texts, videos, and social media
- Start conversations and maintain long-term relationships even when the answer is no
- Track your outreach and keep organized follow-up lists
- Book appointments and interviews with the broker
- Support the agent experience from first conversation to onboarding
- Help build our recruiting brand presence through consistent communication and engagement
- Provide weekly updates on progress and pipeline activity
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to stay motivated during rejection
- Genuine interest in helping people succeed
- Confidence using text, phone, and video outreach
- Ability to stay organized and maintain follow-up systems
- Comfortable initiating conversations
- Sales, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus but not required
Hourly: $25 per hour to start, 20 hours per week
Performance Bonuses:
- $250 bonus per experienced producing agent who joins
- $150 bonus per newly licensed or less experienced agent who joins
This structure rewards consistency, resilience, and results.
Based on performance, the role has a clear path to full-time.
