Sales Intern

ClinDCast is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to support our sales and business development team. This role provides an opportunity to learn client communication, lead generation, sales processes, and customer relationship management in the healthcare IT industry.

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
• Research healthcare organizations, staffing companies, and potential business partners.
• Assist with cold calling, email outreach, Linked In networking, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in scheduling client meetings and preparing presentations.
• Maintain lead information and update CRM records.
• Follow up with prospective clients to understand their staffing and healthcare IT service needs.
• Assist with proposals, sales reports, and other business development activities.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Linked In.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and research skills.
• Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
• Interest in sales, recruitment, or healthcare IT is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in sales and business development.
• Exposure to healthcare IT staffing and client relationship management.
• Training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop professional skills.
