Mitigation technician

IN LAKELAND, PLANT CITY, WESLEY CHAPEL, & NEARBY AREAS IN FLMitigation Technician needed!

True Builders is seeking Mitigation Technicians to join our team. We are a full-service restoration company located in Plant City, FL that provides residential and commercial services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced mitigation technicians. Applicants who enjoy helping others, take pride in their work, and take ownership of their career will thrive in our company.

• Water damage – extraction, drying, moisture readings, working knowledge of IR cameras, content manipulation, etc.
• Fire damage – board up, containment, soot and odor cleaning, pack out, etc.
• Inspect, evaluate, pictures and or video recording, and accurate and timely documentation on all jobs

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must be 25+ years old
• Must be able to work long hours (night, weekends, and on call rotation)
• Ability to work well with others & follow directions
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50+ lbs. safely
• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Background in restoration/construction a plus
• Computer skills a plus
• Desire to learn
