Equipment Repair Technician

We continue to grow and are seeking a solution‑oriented, customer‑focused Equipment Repair Technician. This position is responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with swimming pool equipment, communicating solutions to customers, completing repairs efficiently, and adhering to protocols.

• Manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.
• Repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, back‑wash valves, PVC, copper, and galvanized plumbing.
• Apply knowledge of 110 V and 220 V electrical equipment.
• Manage inventory of equipment on the truck and replenish as needed.
• Spot opportunities to upgrade equipment or enhance customer experience.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Licensed in Florida (CPC).
