Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician driven by detail, team collaboration, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. This role includes performing HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and maintaining the resort’s preventative maintenance program.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Handle electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and other finishes.
• Maintain mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and miscellaneous equipment.
• Keep records, logs, and reports as required by company policy; submit reports in a timely manner.

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability: walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
