• Provides quality classes by preparing lessons in advance and offering classes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Supervises each participant for safety during all phases of the class and professionally corrects participants as necessary.
• Greets members and staff with exemplary service and empathy.
• Reports all incidences or injuries using the proper forms and submits them to the Group Fitness Manager, following up as required.
• Ensures appropriate coverage of classes in the case of illness, injury, or vacation.

• High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
• Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
