We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and motivate the team to deliver a consistently excellent pizza experience.

• Lead, hire, train, and supervise a team of pizza‑loving employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain operational efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues, enforce quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain a spotless, safe, and inviting store that reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry.
• Strong leadership, team‑building, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Passion for pizza is a definite plus.
• Must ensure perfect pizza production by strictly adhering to Domino’s pizza‑making standards.
• Must maintain a 100% professional appearance, following the Domino’s dress code.
• Must work with hustle, energy, and a friendly, smile‑bearing attitude towards all customers.
