Aria at Mitchell Manor is seeking a part-time evening Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist welcomes visitors to the facility by greeting them in person or on the telephone, directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, and maintains security by following visitor/resident procedures.

• Answer phone lines and operate a switchboard.
• Route calls to facility departments.
• Takes and relays messages to facility departments.
• Sends emails and faxes.
• Greets visitors warmly and ensures they are comfortable.
• Ensures reception is tidy.
• Coordinates mail flow in and out of the facility.
• Performs basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
• Assists Business Office Manager with accounts payable receipts.
• Hands out employment applications.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Prior work experience handling receptionist responsibilities is preferred.
