Service BDC Representative

Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis is looking to hire a Service BDC Representative

• Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
• Mobile Van coordination.
• Warranty documentation & administration.
• Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts Department.
• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.
• Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/or recall appointments.
• Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.

• All candidates must manifest the highest level of customer service.
• Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a basic working knowledge of Windows Office, along with the ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly and efficiently.
• All candidates must be 18, with a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
• Must be responsible, dedicated to arriving on time, hard-working, and have the ability to multi-task.
• Drug testing required.
