The Multi-Family Lighting Design Building Associate has knowledge in lighting and construction. This detail-oriented position helps customers with their unique lighting needs in the multi-family industry.

• Create multi-family lighting plans and specifications.
• Ability to substitute and cross light fixtures and recommend cost-reduction options
• Calculates, analyzes and adjusts estimates
• Secure projects and maintain company standards of service and product knowledge that our customers expect
• Building and maintain strong relationships with all customers and vendors
• Communicate professionally and promptly with other departments to ensure product completion.

• Knowledge of multi-family, lighting and construction industry with the ability to read and create plans
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, AutoCAD and Visual Lighting programs (training on CAD and lighting calc software could be provided)
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with high-priority deadlines.
• Attendance, punctuality and time management are a must
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team without having to be micro-managed
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with management and employees.
