- 8+ years in OSP FTTH and FTTx engineering (technical knowledge of the industry, construction practices, and local governing authority rules for placement of telecommunications facilities)
- Strong understanding of large volume projects and multiple duct placements
- Familiarity with the MRE (manual for railway engineering) and how it interacts with a Fiber build
- Understanding of ARCGIS platform for grading and scaling of excavations
