PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Enhance Rehabilitation
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting following an individualized plan of care.
Responsibilities- Providing excellent care for our patients
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
- Collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent care for the patients
- Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
- Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
- Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
- Completing timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
- Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Entry level
- Full‑time employment allowed
- Health Care Provider designation

Salary$75,000.00 – $85,000.00
