FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-home and senior living care team in Jefferson, WI. You’ll deliver one-on-one geriatric care, develop personalized plans, and support mobility and independence in older adults, often in private residences or senior living communities.
You'll enjoy autonomy over your schedule, the option to incorporate telehealth where helpful, and a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment that emphasizes meaningful patient outcomes
