ResponsibilitiesAs you progress through the Manager Trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of our operations, work closely with store and general management teams, and learn the skills required to manage a Menards department. Your tasks will include:
- Learning best practices for store operations and customer service.
- Assisting department managers with inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Encouraging and leading team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Continuously improving processes and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills?
- Ability to lead and develop a team?
- Leadership experience or a Business‑related degree preferred
