Level 1 Process Technician, 1st shift, 8am-3pm, $20/hr BOE
Job Description:- Can run a recipe saved in press
- Can start a new job from scratch
- Material Handler:
Prepare materials for processing and keep machines filled - Regrind excess materials promptly
- Set-up (Level
1):- Assist in moving and loading tools into the machine
- Set up production tooling and auxiliary equipment as required
- Pack completed products for shipment
- Tool/Mold Maintenance:
Wipe down tools and inspect - Perform preventive maintenance on molding machines and related equipment
- Facility cleaning
- Machine Operator backup
- Pick-ups and deliveries
- Clerical work
- Project assistance and ISO documentation
General duties
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Proof of US citizenship and drug screening required
- Ability to lift 55 lbs
- Industry experience a plus
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Manual dexterity
- Flexible work schedule
- Literate in reading and writing English
- Ability to understand verbal or written instructions
