Granite Hills Hospital is located in West Allis, Wisconsin, and is proud to serve the community with mental and behavioral health care services for teens and adults. Our new 120-bed facility features evidence-based treatment modalities and a multi-disciplinary team led by medical professionals. The 120 beds are split into five groups of 24 with enclosed outdoor spaces to promote healing. We are looking for looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Days/Nights to join our new team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care for behavioral health patients ranging from adolescent through geriatric. The LPN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse in providing nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders.

Education: Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing.

Experience: Minimum one (1) year as a LPN in psychiatric nursing preferred.

Licensure: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Wisconsin required.

Additional Requirements: CPR certification and training in appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 30 days of employment. Successful completion of CPI training and Service Excellence Training within 90 days of employment. Certifications may be obtained during new hire orientation.
