Alliance Services, INC. is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in West Allis, Wisconsin. The RN will cover Telemetry on Med/Surg floors, with 12-hour shifts, 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm, and every other weekend.
Start 11/09/2026 for 12 weeks, with 36 hours per week and no on-call requirements.
Required:
2+ years Med/Surg RN experience, EPIC EMR proficiency, BLS, and skills in tracheostomy care, chest tubes, rhythm interpretation, various drips, and wound vacs.
