Role summary:
You’ll lead the guest experience, address concerns, work with your team to maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment, and share expert insights into promotions and the McDonald’s App features.

• Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
• Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Provide expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features

• Competitive pay from $14.50 per hour – $16.48 per hour plus cash incentives
