About the Role:Join our team at Colder's and take the first step towards a rewarding career as a full‑time Furniture Sales Professional. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about learning and growing within our company. As a Sales Professional, you will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed and achieve your goals. Our talented team will provide you with the tools and resources you need to excel in this position.
Whatyou will be doing each day:
- Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
- Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
- Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
- Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
- Invite the customer to come back and stay in touch.
- At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.
- Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required.
- Passion about doing a great job and making a great living.
- Desire to have control over your earning ability.
- Career‑focused mindset.
- Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun.
- Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program.
- Commitment in helping customers with the utmost integrity.
- Computer skills.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
- Bilingual preferred.
