Job Opportunity:
Part-Time Newborn Photographer and Sales Associate

Are you a confident, customer-focused person with a passion for photography? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Newborn Photographer / Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll photograph and sell newborn photography packages to families in a hospital, creating meaningful experiences for new parents.

• Previous sales experience and a love for photography are a plus!

You’ll work in a creative environment where your skills will positively impact families during a special time. If you connect well with people and have a knack for sales, we’d love to have you!

• Schedule and conduct same-day mini-photo sessions (15 minutes each).
• Pose and handle newborns, editing photos on-site.
• Present photography packages and close sales.
• Perform some administrative tasks.

• Strong organizational skills and independence.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Creativity and a passion for photography.
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.

• DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras).
• Preferred:
  Portrait lens with fixed aperture (F1.8 or F2.8).
• Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory.
• Speedlite (external flash).

• Part-time: 2-3 days a week (including one weekend day).
• Some holidays may be required.

• Commission: 30% commission on all sales

Note:

Hours and days may vary based on business needs. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.

We do not require our photographers to commute more than 30 minutes to the hospital.

Hospitals have medical requirements both upon hire and annually to ensure the safety of the new babies we work with. Are you willing to provide your vaccination records and update them as needed?
