Pay: $60,000 - $150,000+/Year with uncapped profit-sharing potential

What you will do:

• Diagnose any problems with residential HVAC equipment
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
• Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement – effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
• Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure West Allis is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

What YOU will bring:

• 2-5 Years residential HVAC sales and service experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
