Installation Technician

About this role

AT&T is looking for an Installation Technician to deliver high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services to consumer customers. You’ll install, activate and troubleshoot state‑of‑the‑art AT&T networking equipment in customers’ homes and businesses.

Sign on bonus
: $5,000.00 (currently available).
Hourly wage
: $23.12–$29.78;
average annual salary
: $48,100.00. Pay depends on geography, experience and training.

• Install, activate and troubleshoot AT&T broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Work independently, climbing ladders, plugging in equipment and activating wireless networks.
• Maintain installation safety and quality standards; report defects.
• Provide excellent customer service and education.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs and weigh less than 325 lbs.
• Work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre‑employment assessments.

West Allis / S Curtis Rd – Warehouse: 313 S Curtis Rd. 40‑hour work week, full‑time. Regular schedule (40 h weekly). Flexibility for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
