• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces AC units heat pumps ductwork thermostats).
• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak performance.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their needs provide estimates and recommend solutions.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and regular drug testing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to lift carry and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings weekends or holidays.
• For entry-level applicants: Positive attitude ability to learn quickly and willingness to do hands-on work.
• For experienced techs: HVAC certifications (EPA 608 preferred) proven track record in service/installation.
