We are seeking a Dental Assistant Team Trainer/Floor Coordinator to energize our Clinical team.

What you can expect:
A fast-paced, challenging, and exciting work environment focused on your success and happiness. We provide comprehensive training, including a 15-day Global Training program and ongoing support from an Ambassador. This will help you master your role and understand our entire service and culture. Many of our Dental Assistants have advanced into roles such as Ortho Assistant, Clinical Team Lead, or Hygienist.
We expect your commitment to Babylon Dental Care, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. This role can be a stepping stone for professional growth. Our clinical department is busy, so we need someone who is reliable, empathetic, professional, multi-tasking, tech-savvy, self-motivated, calm under pressure, and upbeat. Punctuality and willingness to go the extra mile are essential. Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software is helpful but not mandatory;
a willingness to learn is required.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Training team members in clinical skills and protocols.
- Mentoring and scheduling outsourced trainers.
- Providing hands-on clinical training in sterilization, lab, and digital technologies.
- Teaching OSHA regulations and sterilization techniques.
- Supporting software training and workflow improvements.
- Communicating with administrative and clinical teams for feedback and development.
- Evaluating team members and supporting scheduling and case organization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in general or specialty dental assisting.
- Flexible schedule, willing to work early, late, and some holidays, and travel between locations.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a busy practice.
- Attention to detail, positivity, teamwork, bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Passion for developing others and connecting with people.
- Experience managing a clinical floor and directing team members.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College degree optional
