We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness.

• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
• Mentor and supervise staff, including nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians
• Oversee medication administration, MARs and doctors  orders
• Maintain a caring, reliable and observant approach with residents
• Prioritize, multi-task, and work independently while ensuring high standards of resident care

• Active LPN certification
• Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience (preferred in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment)
• Genuine desire to improve residents  quality of life
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
• Strong communication, observation and organizational skills
