Rise Well’s Residential Services provide those in recovery from serious mental illness with safe, reliable home and on‑site support. The Residential team assists participants with services aimed at supporting their recovery and improving quality of life, including medication monitoring, skill‑building, symptom management, socialization, transportation training, and connections to psychiatric and medical services.

In this role, you work remotely providing assistance to the Program Supervisor in managing the daily operations of a scattered‑site licensed residential program that offers transitional housing and restorative services to people with psychiatric disabilities.

Education & Experience: BA in Human Services with one year experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities or a High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience.

Skills: Knowledge of residential services, evidence‑based practices, and psychiatric rehabilitation practice.

Requirements: Clean valid NYS Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
