Position: Human Resources Generalist I

Pay range

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Qualifications
  • BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (ADP).
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Core & Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate and complete personnel records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations.
  • Responsible for background checks for select business units as required by governing agencies of the programs and Rise Well.
  • Execute on maintenance and reporting for HRIS, ADP, Learning Management Systems, and outside vendors.
  • Act as a liaison between third-party vendors and management.
  • Coordinate all necessary information and scheduling for onboarding and employee orientations.
  • Assist with running employee orientations.
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms while tracking and monitoring progress of postings.
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HR system and Excel.
  • Respond to department inquiries.
  • Schedule and organize HR meetings and events.
  • Maintain and organize virtual personnel files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with filing, copying, and distributing HR documents as needed.
