We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our Panera Bread location in West Babylon, NY. Join our team and help us deliver the WOW! experience to our guests.

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient operation and high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for guests to enjoy meals, celebrate special occasions or work during their lunch.
• Invest in and develop cafe teams to execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual ∨ full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred).
• Have a car and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to work an approximate 50‑hour work week, rotating shifts that include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Can commute 25‑30 miles each way to the work location.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivation, initiative and desire to achieve.
• An attitude of genuine passion for teamwork.
• Ability to provide guests with a friendly atmosphere where they can relax and enjoy a great dining experience.
• Engages, connects and builds relationships with guests and staff.
• Creative ability to work with the community and build sales.
• 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
