• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop new sales opportunities and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunity, including financial products.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.

• Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license (or be in process; indicate in cover letter).
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Problem‑solving capabilities.
• Minimum 2 years prior sales experience (preferred).
• Great listening and closing skills.
