- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales efforts
- Negotiate pricing and complete sales transactions while ensuring compliance with pricing policies
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of technical sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 50% for sales activities
Preferred Qualifications- Relevant background or education in a maritime organization, specifically hydrography
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English
- Proven problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical training
- Established networks within the marine technology sector
