Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist
Responsible for managing and collecting outstanding B2B receivables, including general and subcontractors, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Base pay range$28.00/hr – $30.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Follow up on past-due invoices via phone and email
- Establish and monitor payment arrangements
- Resolve billing disputes and document collection activity
- Recommend accounts for escalation, liens, or legal action
- Identify trends causing payment delays and support process improvements
- Serve as backup for cash application
- 3+ years B2B AR collections experience; construction experience preferred
