Overview of Position

Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac of West Bend has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with clerical and cashier experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self‑starter and team player capable of working in a fast‑paced environment. The Office Administrator is responsible for cashiering, some accounting, providing office clerical services (answering phone calls and other miscellaneous office duties), and directing customers to appropriate departments.

  • Uphold highest level of professionalism in customer service and detail‑oriented work

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant clerical experience answering a multi‑line phone system
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be available 4pm to 9pm 2 to 3 days per week plus 1st shift some Saturdays and some Holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work evenings and every other Saturday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast‑paced work environment
