Parts Counterperson (Full-Time)
Lynch West Bend has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Counterperson! We are seeking an individual skilled in customer service, and one who possesses a general knowledge of vehicle parts. Must come with a positive attitude and willingness to hustle!

- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with Parts Manager to locate any parts not in stock
- Complete special-order part request for customers and service personnel
- Communicate with customer on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Prior GM parts experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Candidates must be 18
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience preferred but not necessary
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as a part of a team
