The Entry‑Level Civil Engineer position at Parish Survey & Engineering is an essential, on‑site support role focused on CAD drafting and design.

This role supports Project Managers in the execution of diverse private development projects, from residential subdivisions to commercial sites. The position is ideal for a proactive team player who is eager to learn and committed to developing their career.

• Assist with the design of 5–10 projects at a time, including residential, commercial, and subdivision projects, such as grading plans, drainage, paving, water main and sewers, and prepare storm water management reports.
• Perform CAD drafting for a variety of civil engineering and land surveying projects.
• Support the Senior/Lead Project Manager with weekly task lists and daily priorities, such as preparing plans, conducting surveys, designing, and calculating for permitting.
• Conduct initial research, including using GIS sites to prepare base maps and set out the initial plan for the PM.
• Communicate with project team members, client representatives, review agencies, and others as appropriate to the project.

• Experience Level: 0–4 years of experience; recent Engineer grads are welcome. An internship is a plus.
• Education: Must have graduated with an accredited degree in Engineering.
• Certifications: Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) preferred, with aspirations to achieve PE status in Wisconsin.
