Project Manager Civil

Parish Survey & Engineering (PSE) is a growing, client‑centric civil engineering and land surveying firm based in West Bend, WI. PSE provides full‑service solutions, handling projects end‑to‑end from design and surveying to permitting.

While primarily based in Wisconsin, PSE is registered in multiple states and has project development activity in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. The ideal Project Manager – Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant clients and project team members.

• Managing 2–3 entry‑level engineers, checking in daily and delegating tasks.
• Managing a variety of projects at a time, including engineering of the project, plan preparation, permitting, reports, etc.
• Design of subdivisions and commercial projects, including grading plans, drainage, paving, water main and sewer, and preparation of storm‑water management reports.
• Monitoring the project’s budget, schedule, and maintaining client contact and relationships.
• Communicating with project team members, client representatives, review agencies, and others as appropriate to the project.
• Preparing, formatting, and organizing project documents and CAD files.
• Submitting plans and permit packages to municipalities, state agencies, and the DNR as required.
• Leading the change‑order process, coordinating updates with clients and guiding administrative staff on documentation.
• Coordinating with municipalities when plans are reviewed or returned, facilitating communication between clients and township officials.

• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
• Wisconsin PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with in public and private engineering projects, including site development, commercial development, and residential subdivision.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Hydro
  
  CAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Detail‑oriented and able to self‑perform work with minimal oversight.
