Parish Survey & Engineering is a growing, client‑centric civil engineering and land surveying firm based in West Bend, WI. PSE provides full‑service solutions, handling projects end‑to‑end from design and surveying to permitting.
We focus on private development, specializing in commercial and residential projects. While primarily based in Wisconsin, we are registered in multiple states and have project development activity in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.

Position Summary- Entry‑Level Civil Engineer role focused on CAD drafting and design.
- Supports Project Managers in executing diverse private development projects, from residential subdivisions to commercial sites.
- Ideal for proactive team players eager to learn and committed to career development.
- Assist with design of 5–10 projects at a time, including residential, commercial, and subdivision projects—grading plans, drainage, paving, water main & sewers, and preparation of storm‑water management reports.
- Perform CAD drafting for a variety of civil engineering and land surveying projects.
- Support the Senior/Lead Project Manager with weekly task lists and daily priorities, including preparing plans, conducting surveys, designing, and calculating for permitting.
- Conduct preliminary research using GIS sites to prepare base maps and set out initial plans for the PM.
- Communicate with project team members, client representatives, review agencies, and others as appropriate.
- Experience Level: 0–4 years of experience; recent engineering graduates are welcome. An internship is a plus.
- Education: Accredited degree in engineering.
- Certifications: Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) with aspirations to achieve PE status in Wisconsin.
- Software:
Experience with Civil 3D required; training available for AutoCAD/Hydro
