Cedars Community and Concept Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full‑Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment focused on quality care and exceptional outcomes.

• Provide therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document services provided in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
• Support a patient‑focused culture that promotes dignity, safety, and independence

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Passion for helping individuals improve their functional abilities
